Your CFO Partner

What is a CFO?

What is a CFO?

Did you have a meeting with your finance team this morning? Did you ask them how your cashflow looks for the next six months? What issues you could potentially face? How you are tracking to your targets for the year? What your KPI’s are?

No? That’s not surprising.

Unfortunately, most of business owners can’t afford a finance team. It’s hard enough trying to get by balancing whether or not to buy a latte on the way in to the office. So how do you cope without Darren in Accounts or Shirley in Receivables?

Outsourcing should be a business owners’ best friend.

What is a CFO?

A CFO stands for Chief Financial Officer. She’s the big wig that oversees your entire financial team. She knows what is happening in your business, how each person fits in your business, and what makes your business tick. Not just a number cruncher, the Chief Financial Officer is your right-hand person in business.

So, what’s the difference between a CFO and my accountant?

We know you’ve tried business coaches. We know your accountant has insights into your Xero- and maybe even prints out monthly management reports. The difference is that we look towards the future.

It’s good to know where you’ve come from, to see past sales and profits- but we’re all about growing that to provide a better future for you and your business. We’re all about providing an opportunity for you to work ON your business rather than IN it.

My business coach provides business mentoring, isn’t that what you do?

Sure, we can mentor you- but Your CFO Partner is more than just someone to come and tell you what to do and leave you to it. We are your partner in business, the time you invest in your business becomes our business.

Our team has a wealth of knowledge in financial management across a vast spectrum of industries, our team has the knowledge to push your business to the next level. The difference is we’ll be walking the journey with you, every step of the way.

So, I can essentially employ an entire team at a fraction of the cost- with less hassle?

Sort of. Your CFO Partner is led by Rachel Hayton, who has more than 20 years’ experience in various financial management positions across a range of industries. We’re all about making business easy, and helping recognise and grow your business potential- using existing resources within your business. We know the challenges growing businesses face and we’re here to help, not hinder.

Are you ready to spend less time ‘on the tools’ and more time meeting your business goals? Let Your CFO Partner show you how.
